→ Join us for this workshop to learn about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. We will cover key topics such as:

  • Before the tenancy begins: discrimination, deposit, pets, tenancy agreement
  • During the tenancy: tenant insurance, maintenance & repairs, quiet enjoyment, rent payment, eviction
  • How to pursue a Landlord & Tenant Board (LTB) matter: what is the LTB, how to file an application against a landlord
